The new movie “Gulliver’s Travels” starring Jack Black is a missable one.
Trust me, you won’t miss out on anything much if you don’t catch it.
Not that it’s not entertaining.
It does manage to evoke a few chuckles here and there, but ultimately those moments were hardly enough to mask the fact that this is essentially a shallow movie of Lilliputian value.
It was chock-full of Hollywood screenwriting cliches, albeit done in a very crude manner.
An utterly forgettable movie, to be honest.
Not to mention a complete waste of Amanda Peet’s talents and beauty.
