Compliment or Complement? Angelina or Angeline?

More English conundrums:

Do you say a person’s voice compliments his style, or complements his style?

Which is it?

And also…is she Angelina Jolie or Angeline Jolie? Should be “Angelina” right?

How come I still see news articles using “Angeline”?

  3. definitely “complements” – they have different meanings.

    “complement” – something that makes something more complete.

    “compliment” – praise.
