Oh dear, this reads like some kind of dramatic-comedy movie script!
Problem is that it happened for real.
Check out this recent CNA article (here). The story goes like this:
This tycoon from China, hit by the economic crisis, decided to “lay off” four his five mistresses and keep only one via some kind of “reality show” contest. (Sigh, in times like these even mistresses also get laid off!)
So according to the article, this tycoon “hired an instructor from a modelling agency to judge a private contest he held at a hotel in May, but he did not tell the women about his intentions. Yu (one of the mistresses) was eliminated in the first-round beauty competition and a woman surnamed Liu eventually won after dominating the drinking round.”
So far so good.
But the story takes a nasty twist.
Yu, who was eliminated in the first-round based on her (lack of) looks, decided to exact revenge by taking all of them out on a drive, and driving all four other mistresses as well as the tycoon off a mountain road…tragically killing herself and injuring all the others.
In other words, she was the only one who died.
You couldn’t write a more dramatic script than this, could you?
Yikes. Totally UNbelievable.
Well, at least at the end of the day, his wife/mistress-free…! $$$!
