“Your Song, Your Show”

One of the great things about songwriting is being able to touch the listener with your song. Honestly, I think that’s one of the greatest things about being a songwriter.

It’s great when you get to perform your song to someone else, and they end up liking your song very much.

Hence, I’m organising a year-end showcase for the Songcraft Songwriting Circle entitled “Your Song, Your Show” whereby songwriters who are keen can get an opportunity to perform their original works “live” to a small but appreciative audience. I think it would be a nice way to cap off what has been a great first year for the circle.

The mini-concert is gonna be a cosy, intimate, small-to-mid-sized setting whereby songwriters can get to formally perform their songs in the polished fashion which they have always dreamed it to be.

I’m a firm believer in the beauty of the “live” performance, cos I think that’s where most of the magic happens. (Although I totally have nothing against those who prefer to remain as “recording artists”!)

More details on the year-end showcase “Your Song, Your Show” can be found (here).

All friends & family of the performers are welcomed to attend. Admission to the event will be absolutely FREE.

More updates will be posted on the Songcraft blog as and when available.
